Financial Director (Fiduciary Services) in Corporate & Family Office
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Fiduciary Services:
- Advise national and international corporate and private clients and portfolio companies on financial and tax matters, in coordination with external international experts (lawyers, advisors, auditors)
- Quality assurance for financial reporting and tax declarations, and compliance with regulations
- Manage incorporation, restructuring, liquidation, and relocation projects
- Team leader and coaching of team members
- Senior representative of the Fiduciary Services towards existing and potential new clients
Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client advisory and management in broad range of fiduciary services or consulting
- Degree in finance or accounting, and either CPA, TREX and/or tax expert certificate
- Proven leadership skills and prior management experience
- You excel in dealing with clients, financial institutions & local authorities
- Fluent German and English required
