About our client

Our client is a single-family office servicing a significant entrepreneurial Swiss family. Investing in both liquid and illiquid markets, their team is willing to increase commitments to private equity via funds and co-investments. Their "Care & Protect" approach will see them focusing on selected sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, Consumer goods and Sustainable investments across developed and emerging economies. With a clear agenda and budget set for the years ahead, they want to hire a seasoned Senior Associate to work alongside the CEO and Principal to meet their deployment and returns targets. What the job involves

  • Evaluation and execution of new investments, mainly private equity funds and co-investments as well as direct investments opportunities
  • Driving the transaction process, from sourcing to screening, financial analysis, due diligence, and preparing the investment memorandums, up to deal execution
  • Generate investment ideas and proposal, and leverage on the business's wider network to source and originate investment opportunities
  • Ensure monitoring and reporting of the portfolio, sit on related boards and committees
Who we are looking for

  • Prior experience in private equity in a LP environment, ideally with previous M&A / transaction advisory experience
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with presentation capabilities
  • Fluency in English, any additional language an asset
