We are pleased to collaborate with a fast-growing company active on a global scale, in finding a Finance Operations Controller.

On this position, you will be part of the FP&A team and support Operations Department, driving focus on cost controls and financial performance across the Group, providing insights and modelling financial impacts.

In this context, your main missions are to:

  • Monitor Operations financial performances (P&L) and KPIs, alerting and continuously challenging business
  • Partner with markets and Countries to ensure adherence to investment strategies and guidelines to achieve business targets
  • Highlight financial Risks & Opportunities to Operations leaders and bring solutions to bridge gaps and monitor the action plans taken
  • Collaborate with the whole Finance Community to build insightful and impactful data analysis tools and drive sound decision-making on key business issues
  • Support CAPEX Management process, owning the tracking of CAPEX expenditures (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Management), and support Operations from a Financial perspective during the monthly CAPEX Committees
  • Support the Post-merger integration and Procurement teams to map delivery of committed results into the P&L, and provide the net / overall picture on the cost base and areas to address / actions to take
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects


Profile:

  • You have a university or Equivalent diploma in Finance and Accounting
  • You have a demonstrated experience from at least 5 years in FP&A preferably in a multinational Group.
  • You have solid skills with Excel and other MS Office programs, solid experience with consolidation and ERP systems
  • You like and use to evolve work in an international cross-functional environment
  • You are recognised for your excellent communication, your ability to handle multiple tasks and motivation to drive continuous performance within the Group and the function
  • Business Partnering Focus, supported by a strong business acumen and a proven ability to influence key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solver with "can-do" mentality, you are able to define pragmatic solutions and understand all relevant details when necessary
  • You are recognised for your excellent communication, your ability to handle multiple tasks and motivation to drive continuous performance within the Group and the function
  • You are fluent in English
