About our client
Our client is a newly launched private equity fund focusing on the environment and its preservation. The investment thesis is that companies providing environmental solutions should deliver a consistent return premium over the long term, from which investors can benefit, without compromising on financial performance and returns. Investment due diligences therefore include the measurement of environmental KPIs through a tailored framework, along with other standard financial, commercial and legal metrics.
The investment framework is therefore very wide, covering Europe, North America and Asia, and segmented around five verticals: greenhouse gas reduction, pollution control, the sustainable consumer, circular economy and other enabling technologies. The fund invests in and along with top-rated GPs in this field, and is able to deploy capital across all stages: venture, growth and buyout.
