We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Digital Hub team which is part of Technology and Services at Vontobel.

As Full Stack Software Engineer Digital Hub you will ..
  • Work in an interdisciplinary DevOps team with full stack developers, business analysts, scrum master and product owner, which drive the development of our customer onboarding platform
  • Develop new features from front to back (full stack) using state-of-the-art technology following microservices architecture principles
  • Enjoy responsibility along the entire software development and operational process (requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, rollout and operations)
  • Strive for a high degree of automation in build, testing and deployment processes using CI/CD technology to maximize quality of software products
  • Take responsibility in the operation in 2nd / 3rd level support
  • Bring your ideas, even beyond your scope of responsibilities
  • Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Bleicherweg 21, in the heart of Zurich and a stone throw away from the lake of Zurich


You bring ..
  • Formal qualification in computer science or software development (ETH, University, FH, Swiss Federal Diploma)
  • Deep knowledge in software development including the entire development process from analysis, design, implementation, testing to deployment (ideally in an agile / DevOps manner)
  • Good know-how and hands-on development experience with our tech stack: Angular/Typescript, Spring Boot/Java including Hibernate
  • Know-how in the following technologies is a plus: OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation tools, authorisation flows such as OAuth2
  • Experience with working in an agile environment/scrum team

You are ..
  • A structured and independent professional with distinct service / customer orientation
  • Willing to take full ownership of your projects and foster a collaborative approach to exceed expectations
  • Used to working in an interdisciplinary (and partly remote) team of specialists
  • Interested in the financial services industry
  • Fluent in German (at least on a B2 level) and English
