About our client

Our client is a leading alternatives investment specialist with offices globally. They are seeking an Associate for their PE Secondaries team in Zurich. What the job involves

  • Responsible for Private Equity secondary transactions, including sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring
  • Active team member providing support in secondary transactions project management, including industry research and business analysis, financial analysis and modeling, transaction underwriting and execution
  • Support in preparing documentation for the investment committee
  • Involvement in all aspects of the Private Equity Secondary investment team's tasks
  • Work in constant collaboration with global teams across all investment hubs
Who we are looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in private equity, transaction services, corporate finance, investment banking or consulting
  • University degree (masters) in business, management, finance, engineering or other major with MBA from a top university;
  • Strong analytical skills including business and sector analysis with good commercial sense
  • Strong financial skills and understanding of financial statements
  • Strong command of Excel, orientation to detail
  • Proficient English is a prerequisite, any additional language is a plus
  • Ability to work on several time-constrained projects at the same time
