Order-To-Cash (O2C) Manager / Senior Manager

We are assisting one of our trusted clients, a leading multinational consulting firm, in their search for an Order-to-Cash Specialist on (Senior) Manager Level to strengthen the team based in Zurich. The goal of the position is to advise the company's clients in all aspects related to O2C Transformation Management.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop, present and implement high-quality O2C Management solutions in agreement with the needs of the clients
- Plan, lead and execute transformation projects for national and international clients across sectors
- Set up and lead a small team of specialists
- Build, develop and maintain client relationships in Switzerland
- Create benchmark analyses and operating models specifically for the O2C area in order to optimize organizational and financial structures
- Act as an expert on the impact of digitalization on O2C processes

Your Profile:
- 5+ years relevant working experience focusing on digital transformation of finance processes as a consultant
- Prior experience in the consulting industry is a must
- Strong ability to liaise with clients, generate new business opportunities and win projects
- Comprehensive experience in digitalization and automation projects
- Prior experience with Order-to-Cash processes would be a strong asset
- Experience with different automation tools (e.g. SAP FSCM, Highradius, Esker) and/or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableu)
- Full Business Fluency in English
