For our client, a top Professional Services firm and a leader in its industry, we are looking for an Investment Professional to support the global corporate development, partnership ecosystem and M&A processes. Relevant experience in a similar role, or in M&A/Strategy.

- Drive a systematic and rigorous market and competition analysis, based on quantitative and qualitative information
- Working with the CFO, the investment committee and the Executive committee to shape an ecosystem of partners and an M&A pipeline to support the firm`s strategy
- Participate in partnership and M&A projects, manage external advisors through due to diligence, work with the professionals to derive the right set up
- Conduct financial analysis, business cases, investment cases
- Act as contact person to outside advisors, manage projects to create clarity and transparency to the internal stakeholders
- Prepare regular communication to update other stakeholders on the process
Education and experience:
- Masters in finance or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a relevant activity, either in corporate finance, corporate strategy or corporate development / M&A of a multinational group, ideally with exposure in professional services
- Experience in managing projects, conducting competition and market analysis, ability to shape a systemic partnerships/M&A process, experience in working with senior stakeholders and external advisors
- Strong communication skills to support process enhancements with stakeholders inside and outside the finance function
- Team spirit, hands on mentality to be an all-rounder in a small team.
- Languages: English, other languages a benefit, but not a must
