Marketing Manager

On behalf of our client, a Swiss based International Asset Manager, Swisslinx is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team based in Zurich. In this role you will be an integral lead on strategy and execution of all Marketing matters, working with the Head of Growth and CIO to support the group's expansion.

Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and identify key target audience whilst developing marketing strategies to reach set objectives across different market segments
- Lead the execution of all Marketing strategies and processes from start to finish, leveraging internal support across content creation, social media management, event coordination, pitch proposals and white paper materials
- Market analysis, analyzing market and customer insights and trends to implement into successful marketing strategies
- Create and maintain analytical reporting across multiple channels and platforms to determine future marketing strategies
- Partner with wider Marketing team to develop and evolve the Marketing department here in Zurich aligned to the wider success of the Zurich Office

Your Profile:
- Proven ability to independently develop and lead marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Prior experience in Financial Services environment is must, Asset Management & Private Markets is advantageous
- Comprehensive project management experience, multitasking and decision making ability
- Analytically minded with creative flair
- CRM and CMS experience
- Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
- Willingness to travel
- Full fluency in both English and German (min. C1)
