Your role
Are you an outcome-oriented person? We're looking for someone like that who can:
• Support the teams activities towards managing and developing cross product business activities firm wide (Investment Bank, Asset Management, Transaction Banking) within Bank client portfolios
• generate new ideas and creative approaches in relation to key initiatives and processes that pushes the franchise business forward with a strong impact on the bottom line
• work in tandem with Senior Client Relationship Directors in the team to cultivate client relationships and maintain close relationships with the UBS product desks
• support our role acting as a first line of defence relating to risk matters for clients within the portfolio
• develop a strong client network to act as an enabler for business

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

You'll be working in the CICI Banks EMEA team in Zurich. The Banks team is part of the growing Corporate and Institutional Clients International (CICI) business which services our Financial Institution clients (Banks and Regulated Brokers),in particular with Global banks who are often strategic partners. This particular GTP role would support the teams focus on coverage of bank clients in markets within the EMEA region, working closely with the relevant UBS product teams.

Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
• an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
• fluency in English
