If so, you would be interested in our Junior Finance Change Analyst role which is part of our group-wide planning and forecasting Crew within the Group Finance Function where the role would include:

• assisting with coordinating a broad change agenda, manage and support the delivery of a variety of projects across the Forecasting & Planning Crew ("FC&P") within Group Finance, specifically related to the Group-wide FYFC, 3YSP and estimate processes
• assisting with driving forward a variety of sprints with the FC&P Crew/Pod Product Managers
• providing management support to the FC&P Crew Lead and Crew Technical Lead
• working with the team on identifying opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes
• assisting with analysis on process, root cause, business impact and cost benefit
• ensuring compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
• managing the book of work by capturing new requirements, their prioritization and tracking delivery of tasks in the various working groups
• maintaining working group/team meeting agendas, actions and prepare presentation slides

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

You'll be working in the Planning & Forecasting Crew Team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Change Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting the wider FC&P Crew and Group-wide Business Partnering teams.

Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.

In particular, you have:
• bachelor's degree or equivalent in banking and finance or a related field like engineering, mathematics, finance or information technology
• any years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector in the financial industry is a plus
• any Agile/Scrum methodology understanding is advantageous
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• keen to develop influencing skills, working across all levels of the organization
• good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in teams
• good knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous

You are:
• fluent in English
• methodical, concise and accurate, with a strong attention to detail
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
• highly adaptable and able to work across multiple cultures, functions and teams
• inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
