For our client, an innovative pioneer and hidden champion in the field of Fintech/ Digital Banking and HR/ Compensation, we are looking for a Corporate Client Manager in the heart of Zurich. As part of the Global Client Team, you will contribute to building and maintaining client relationships and take over a leading role in the company's success story. You will manage a well-rounded client portfolio, consistently delivering efficient, innovative solutions to your clients. Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for client service delivery including building, maintaining and sustaining client relationships, as well as ensuring effective stakeholder management at all levels
  • You will ensure that client requirements, including service levels and client satisfaction, are monitored and prioritised, you undertake client status reporting and check all client requirements for quality and completeness in each case prior to execution
  • You will be responsible for event and project management, including planning and coordination, giving presentations as required and chairing meetings as well as conference calls
  • You act as an interface between clients and the service delivery team for regular and ad-hoc requests
  • In close collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders, you will be responsible to analyse client plans and develop comprehensive solutions to ensure the set-up of the system configuration and underlying processes

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable degree
  • Ideally several years of practical experience in a financial services environment
  • You are a dynamic character with strong negotiation skills and stand out due to your interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have a deep expertise and understand the requirements of your clients at all times
  • You demonstrate a high level of organisational skills, have good time management skills and an eye for detail
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German is highly desirable
