IT Service Manager Digital Workplace (80% - 100%)

We are looking for a new team player in the Digital Workplace team within IT Service Management who will bring the Digital Workplace
at Vontobel to the next level. The IT Service Manager role at Vontobel is a mix between a Product Owner, Project Manager and Service Manager.

You will mainly be co-responsible for IT services related to the Digital Workplace. The following topics and technologies are part of these services:
M365 incl. Teams, Windows, VDI, Citrix, telephony, remote access, mobile access, workplace hardware such as thin clients/PCs, standard software
such as MS Office/Browser/etc. We will define the exact responsibilities together within the team.

Your opportunity

• Continuously improving the services to create added value for Vontobel
• Interface and coordination between Business, IT Support, IT Engineering and IT Security
• Building and improving processes around the service portfolio
• Improving IT Service Management practices
• Service documentation, end user communication and manuals
• Contract negotiations with external suppliers and cost management
• Problem Management incl. taking a leading role on subsequent task forces
• Leading or co-leading service-related projects

You bring

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or similar field
• Profound understanding of Digital Workplace technologies and IT in general
• Experience with M365 and Teams
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Jira and Confluence know-how preferred
• ITIL and agile knowledge/certification preferred
