What the job involves
- You will take a lead in the execution of new deals in the DACH region as well as in the active management of existing and new portfolio companies
- You will mentor and manage juniors in the deal team
- A close working relationship with the management teams of portfolio companies is also required
Who we are looking for
- Several years of experience in direct Private Equity
- A down to earth style and ability to engage with the German speaking Mittelstand across the DACH region
- Proven track record in portfolio management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent English and native level German
