Head of Finance & Controlling - ENG/GER

We are thrilled to supprt a major industrial company, based in Neuchâtel area, in identifying a Head of Finance & Controlling.
Responsibilities :

Provide leadership to the business in the areas of sales forecasting, budget planning, costing, accounting and working capital management
Provide overall financial direction to the Board of the business in order to achieve business unit financial goals
Create transparency on financial and economic performance with deviation analysis for the business
Provide timely and meaningful management reporting as well as a sound basis for business decisions as state of the business, key financial metrics and variance analysis versus plans
Challenge deviations and develop innovative ideas in order to continuously improve the business including optimization of allocated cash, working capital and collateral distributions
Drive investment and contract valuation of projects / business plans and give recommendations for decision making
Ensure Team Management (5 people)

Profile :

At least 8+ years of professional experience in Controlling acquired within an international environment
Outstanding analytical mindset and passionate about translating complicated business cases into financial key data
High level of communication skills, innovation and acting as a genuine Business Partner
Fluent in English & German, French is a great asset
