Job Description

Your team
The Customer Support Management team is the SPOC for the customers when it comes to operational issues. We coordinate with the customers, building up a close relationship with them and ensure that they receive the appropriate level of support from Avaloq.

Your mission
  • Ensure access and availability to customer databases
  • Assist Business Analysts and Developers overseas with incident analysis
  • Review and reproduce incidents
  • Ensure that the incidents are GPDR compliant
  • Create various KPI report

What you need
  • University degree in business informatics, economics or college of higher education
  • Excellent spoken and written English and German
  • Highly customer focused with excellent customer service skills
  • Being able to remain calm, think logically and react appropriately in highly pressurized situations
  • A keen attitude - we are looking for a motivated person who is willing to develop as the role develops
You will get extra points for the following
  • Experience in 1st and/or 2nd level applications support
  • Banking knowledge
  • SQL knowledge
