Help our clients making investment or divestment decisions

Join our Financial Advisory team, we offer our clients advice on mergers & acquisitions, transactions, financial modelling and data analytics, integration and separation support, valuations and restructuring. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager to join our Transaction Services team in Zurich.

By joining our team you can actively support clients on analysing and assessing information to help them make decisions and realize the added value of their M&A transactions as sellers and buyers. Your work will impact the pricing and execution of M&A transactions.

How you can make an impact
  • You will have the opportunity to work with leading Swiss companies, global corporations, public organisations and private equity clients from various fields. Deloitte professionals often get to be a part of the most challenging and interesting transactions in the market!
  • You can actively support clients on analysing and assessing financial information to help them make decisions and realize the added value of their M&A transactions
  • You can assist our clients on preparing businesses for sale, including preparation of financial data books
  • You support financial due diligence and transaction projects across sectors for both strategic investors and private equity firms
  • You engage in and lead business development activities, marketing initiatives and practice development activities

Who we are looking for
  • Motivation to work with strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading a team
  • Previous solid experience (4-6 years) in M&A, Audit, Big 4 or other global advisory firms.
  • Experience in financial due diligence projects and/or analysis of the balance sheets, cash flow and income statements is a strong advantage
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting and/or MBA
  • You communicate fluently in English and German. Any further languages would be an advantage

Our Transaction Services team gives advice for buyers and sellers ranging from small and medium sized enterprises, to large multinational corporations and private equity firms in their evaluation of potential transactions.
