About Us:

We are looking for you, a Portfolio Manager Equity Derivatives (f/m/d) to strengthen our small, motivated team of experienced portfolio managers. You will have a central role developing and managing strategies and communicating with external stakeholders.

Your Area of Responsibility:
  • Management of global equity funds hedged with option strategies
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of equity, FX and derivatives transactions
  • Portfolio monitoring and performance analysis
  • Generation of investment ideas and identification of implementation opportunities
  • Fundamental top-down analysis of equity and derivative markets (regions, sectors, factors, themes, volatilities)
  • Preparation and active participation in investment meetings
  • Maintenance and development of analysis tools
  • Participation in customer presentations in close cooperation with our sales & marketing area

Your Profile:
  • University degree in banking/finance or a related field
  • Additional qualification (e.g. CFA, TCIP) preferred
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in active portfolio management with equity derivatives, in particular option strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of global equity markets incl. ESG
  • Results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to present complex interrelations simply and convincingly to an expert committee
  • Ability to act independently in an entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies
  • Flair for the creation and development of own analysis tools
  • High affinity for IT, especially Excel; knowledge of Bloomberg and BarraOne preferred
  • Very good level of German and English
