Senior Product Developer and Structurer Private Markets 80-100% (m/f/v)

With your sound professional expertise and ability to liaise successfully with a variety of stakeholders you will be asked to support the team in the structuring of new private market products.

With your sound professional expertise and ability to liaise successfully with a variety of stakeholders you will be asked to support the team in the structuring of new private market products.

Your Main Tasks

• Structuring of new private market products, with a focus on Private Equity and Fund-of-Funds structures.
• Lead product launch in close cooperation with the respective investment, legal, tax, and sales departments as well as other involved stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain viable operating models for such new products in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Source concepts, ideas and partners in the impact investing and development finance environment for innovative products.

Your Experience and Skills

• Besides a university degree in Finance or Law or a comparable higher education, you have at least 5 years' relevant experience in structuring and setting up funds as well as other transactions with underlying private market assets such as:

1. structuring and setting up private equity funds
2. having worked on blended finance structures
3. having experience with Fund-of-Fund structures
4. having in-depth experience with Lux structures, and potentially other jurisdictions (such as Ireland)
5. exposure to emerging market private equity /and or debt investments.

• You are experienced in leading complex projects with many stakeholders in order to launch new products and funds. To be successful you apply your strong leadership and decision-making skills and you are at the same time able to lead and motivate cross-divisional project teams.
• Your make efficiently use of your independent working style and have a high attention to detail.
• Your proficient written and verbal English skills complete your profile; German knowledge would be considered as a plus.
• And you are interested in and are enthusiastic about impact investments.
