For one of our clients, a real estate investment company in Switzerland, we are looking for an Acquisition Analyst based in Geneva.
Your role :
  • Complete preliminary acquisition analysis of assets, portfolios and share deals.
  • Manage independently the due diligence on properties under contract and develops documentation.
  • Proactively manage acquisitions by liaising with the team and external partners
  • Perform investment reports and ad hoc analysis
  • Assist in investment and opportunities memos and other materials required for Investment Committee for review and approval.
  • Provide overall support to the team and perform initiatives as requested by the manager.
  • Conduct market research, analyze and make recommendations for new possible opportunities, identify global and local real estate trends.
  • Set up qualitative and quantitative market & feasibility studies

Your profile :
  • Bachelor's Degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate, in Switzerland is a strong plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills. The ability to gather, organize and clearly summarize information. Experience of financial modelling.
  • Good organization and communication skills and the ability to run multi-tasks in parallel and to prioritize own work.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and being independent, but able to function well in a collaborative, collegial environment.
  • Fluent in English and French are a must have. German is a strong plus.
