Head of Sales/ Client Solutions
EMPIRA is building a new Client Solutions team for Switzerland and therefore we are looking
for an individual with 8-15 years of experience within sales and distribution of illiquid vehicles,
ideally around Private Equity Real Estate.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Fundraising within regional institutional investors
Building a team of Client Relationship and Sales Support professionals to cover Switzerland.
and support them in their duties
Coordinating Sales Strategy and Sales Activities for the region
Monitoring and consolidating information received from team members
Review meetings minutes/updates
Participate in promoting EMPIRA (Events, Fairs, Forums) in the corresponding Region
Salesforce controlling, reports and review
Sales activities tracking
Development of an Investor Appetite Report in coordination with the Product Development
Proven track record in institutional investment sales and distribution
Background in illiquid assets (preferably Real Estate)
8– 15 years’ experience
Previous experience managing teams
Relevant university degree + MBA (preferred)
CFA or CAIA qualifications preferred
Strong communication skills
Fluency in German and English is mandatory; French and/or other European languages
