GTP - Structured Solutions Sales and Investment Specialist Zurich (Platforms & Services)

Your opportunity As a Structured Solutions Sales or Structured Solutions Investment Specialist, you will...

• R otate within the modules "Structured solutions - Banks Switzerland", "Structured Solutions & Investments" and "Products & Governance";
• Be able to build up a broad skill set in the management of client relationships, digital distribution management, investment management and the tools to put this knowledge to use;
• D uring your program you will benefit from your personal education budget of 5,000 CHF;
• H ave the chance to optionally attain a CFA or CAIA certification;
• S tart on October 1, 2021 and conclude the program by March 30, 2023 (18 months);

This program is specially designed for those with a particular interest in sales, investments, digital and platform/ analytics distribution.
Potential job entry positions after the program are structured solutions sales or structured solution & investment specialist.

Sales and structured solutions & investment specialists for financial intermediaries are combining investment solutions and technology.

You will benefit from the unique opportunity to gain deeper insights into our specific products, services and comprehensive distribution strategy within our product specialist teams.

The Team you will work with combines sales and structured solutions & investment specialists. You will find a diverse team, a great team spirit and a good working environment and modern infrastructure.

Within the first module you will get familiar with our structured products solutions and processes. During your second module you will focus on investments across asset classes. During the Products & Governance module, you will gain insights about the processes and activities who are supporting and governing the sales and investment teams.

Your background includes...

• a Master's degree in business administration, finance , economics or quantitative study
• a first experience in the (finance) industry

• a master of communication skills and possess a cross-linked mindset
• a team player with a pro-active attitude, able to work under pressure
• Willing to complete additional training courses
• Fluent (oral and writing) in German and English
• Authorized to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA/CH)
