  • Responsible for the gathering of business requirements, documentation of business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions, where required
  • Extensive interactions with Business and IT counterparts to understand high level business requirements, engage / drive the design approach and syndication by, for instance, effectively run regular working group meeting and workshops
  • Responsibility for developing, maintaining and extracting knowledge from strategic internal and external data sets
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and co-ordination with users and IT during testing phase
  • Developing and designing efficient solutions, stakeholder management, project management and operationalization of solution
  • Collaboratively work in a team with a strong team spirit in a fast paced dynamic and flexible working environment

You Offer
At least 8+ years of experience in financial industry in areas of accounting, financial reporting and external reporting
Hold a Master's degree in a finance with preferably certification such as CFA, FRM
Hands-on experience in the end to end implementation of complex finance projects in the areas of accounting, financial reporting and regulatory reporting
Strong domain knowledge on the interpretation of regulatory requirements, data sourcing and understanding of finance systems such as Peoplesoft, Hyperion and Qlik Sense
Outstanding written, verbal communication skills and business partner management capabilities, ability to effectively collaborate and build positive relationships across all levels while maintaining integrity, responsibility and confidentiality required when dealing with sensitive data
Experience leading a team and possess experience as an ambitious individual and who can contribute in a highly collaborative environment to achieve success for the team
High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards. You should be able to take on added responsibilities as required and become a knowledge carrier within the team
