We Offer
  • An interesting and challenging role within the Group Capital and Liquidity Reporting function. The team's mission is the measurement and reporting of the firm's regulatory capital requirements, Swiss regulatory capital and balance sheet and, importantly, the support of the business divisions in understanding and handling these numbers
  • As a specialist with detailed understanding of the Bank's regulatory capital and Leverage exposure calculation and the relevant Banking Regulations like the upcoming Basel IV Banking Standards, you will have the opportunity to take a leadership role and drive multifaceted strategic initiatives and change projects
  • As part of such challenging projects that span across several functions and divisions including Finance, Risk, IT, and Front Office, the role provides the right platform to further develop your capabilities in project and change management as well as your soft skills

You Offer
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting, ideally with a strong curriculum in Accounting & Financial Products. You are a Chartered Accountant ("CA") or Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA"), Financial Risk Manager ("FRM") would be a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant banking work experience preferably within a Finance function related to regulatory capital and credit risk RWA calculations, ideally across several regulators (e.g. FINMA, EBA, PRA, IHC)
  • Strong expertize in banking regulations like Basel III, Basel III Final, upcoming Basel IV coupled with experience in Pillar 1 reporting & Pillar 3 disclosure requirements
  • Proficient in financial products like loans, guarantees, SLB/Repo transactions, Derivatives, Securitization etc. to drive solutions for Credit Risk calculations
  • Proven track record of accomplishment in leading change projects and experience of end-to-end project transformation from inception through transition with delivery experience under Agile project management
  • Since you will be facing senior management, you offer outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English, both in terms of clarity and conciseness
  • You are result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and you can work on own initiative whilst also working to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and high quality standards
