They have a comprehensive and coherent palette of impact products and strategy that they offer to institutional investors. Launched last year, this asset manager is going from strength to strength and therefore is growing rapidly with very good success. Position:

Are you a seasoned private debt portfolio manager keen to have a new challenge where you can have a real impact on the business with greater visibility and responsability? In this senior role, you will be in charge of the management of an open-ended fund, responsible for the selection of proposed investments and portfolio allocation in order to guarantee the achievement of the fund's performance and impact objective as well as to ensure adequate risk and liquidity management. In addition, you will be responsible for the operational management of the fund, trade execution and the monitoring. Along side you in this team of 4, you will be working closely with professionals in charge of sourcing, due diligence and follow up of investments with social and environmental impact.

In more details, but not limited to:

Portfolio Management
  • Selection and allocation of the portfolio, implementation of investment decisions, all associated risk and liquidity management as regards the debt investments
  • Performance, risk and impact monitoring as well as internal and external reporting
  • Managing all cash and foreign currency positions
  • Reconciling loan servicing and proceeding to the valuation process, including the valuation of NAVs
  • Close liaison with third party service providers (custody bank, the ManCo etc) in collaboration with the COO
  • Leading the achievement of the investment targets

Sourcing and Analysis
  • Participating in the selection and review of all fund investment partners
  • Supporting debt fund investments screening and development via the network of partners, brokers and other advisors and present potential deals to the investment committee


Profile:
  • At least 5-6 years'+ experience minimum track-record in a similar role of portfolio manager of an open-ended private debt fund
  • Experience in private debt, structured finance or infrastructure finance
  • Master in Finance; CFA or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, trade or agri-finance a plus
  • Leadership, self-driven, result oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a team player
  • Strong IT and organizational skills to develop tools to ensure robust processes
  • Fluent English; at least a good conversational level of French
  • Swiss residence or willingness to relocate to the Geneva area (compelling reasons preferred)
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland (EU/EEA/British/Swiss nationals or equivalent)
