Based in Zurich, you will have responsibility for executing Mergers&Acquisitions projects within a small team. You will work in an international business environment which includes travelling mainly in Europe. Assuming strong performance, entrepreneurial attitude and behavior, the position will allow you to expand your scope of responsibilities. Your willingness to drive tasks to the agreed goals will be critical to your success.

You hold a University degree in business administration, economics or similar, combinded with an additional advanced finance related degree (CFA, CPA etc.). You bring along 4-6 years of specific finance related working experience (e.g. M&A, Transaction Services) as well as solid experience in financial modelling (Valuation, Business Plans) and excellent analytical and writing skills. You show rapid perception, a precise and efficient way of working, always keep a clear overview and aim to deliver on time. You are an open-minded, self-confident personality with a passion for making things happen. Proficiency in English and German is a must, good knowledge of a third European language (F/I/Sp) is an asset. Strong skills in MS Office, in particular Excel modelling and PowerPoint we consider as self-evident. An open attitude, high motivation and flexibility we take for granted.
