- A challenging and interesting role to engineer and implement smart solutions in the area of bank-wide/strategic global risk initiatives
- The end-to-end Business Analysis, requirements and data flows gathering and documentation within a work-stream, e.g. in the context of the Lombard Front to Back program for CRO and all divisions of the bank
- The accountability for the lifecycle of the business requirements and operating model until sign off as well as development, together with the IT colleagues, of appropriate solutions and support the implementation
- The opportunity to lead or contribute to workshops with SMEs and play a coordination role between business users and the IT team

You Offer
- A university degree or equivalent. Further education e.g. PMI, MBA, CFA is an asset
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience including business analysis for infrastructure projects, ideally within the Private Banking / Wealth Management industry, a Risk function or Financial Services Consulting, knowledge of the Lombard lending Business is a strong plus
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and experience in a dynamic environment combined with result-orientation, problem solving and strong communication skills
- You bring along a solid understanding of front to back systems, data, calculations, processes and requirements within risk functions with specific experience in one of the following in the Credit Risk domain: Private Bank, Corporate and Commercial Bank, Investment Bank environment
- You have an affinity for technology change initiatives and a sound understanding of IT solutions
- Ownership and accountability belong to your DNA. You are able to prioritize workload and resolve complex problems. Positive personality and can-do attitude
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. German is a plus
